GeraldWow, LEGO is really enjoying a revival these days. I mean coming from a video gamer’s perspective, we have already a steady stream of LEGO titles by Traveller’s Tales and come 2014 we would have a full movie? Woo Hoo!
The film follows an ordinary LEGO minifigure named Emmet (voiced by Chris Pratt) who is mistakenly hailed as the savior of the world and joins the likes of the Justice League and Michelangelo from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on an epic adventure.
Lending their voices to The LEGO movie would be an equally star studded cast consisting of Morgan Freeman, Liam Neeson, Will Arnett and Elizabeth Banks. Let’s just hope that there even more famous cameos than the ones that have already been confirmed. But don’t hold your breath for IPs such as Marvel and Star Wars as Warner Brothers is running the show here.
A LEGO movie that appeals not only to kids but to adults as well? Can’t wait for the movie!
